It’s hard to believe that 2022 is already coming to an end. We witnessed so much innovation and insanity this year - I doubt we even realize the significance of most of it. But that is why it’s critical to conduct an end of year review.
Each year, in the exciting lull before Christmas, I take an entire day to myself for the singular goal of reflecting on the year that was and planning for the year to come.
As an individual, this is an important exercise. But as a Studio - it’s a critical one.
I have personally experienced the magic that is created when an entire team gets together to question the choices that were made throughout the year, celebrate wins, share feedback for eachother, identify gaps that exist, and plan for success in the coming year. It’s exciting, it’s culture building, and it’s effective.
Consider doing a Studio team reflection and planning session before the holidays kick into full swing. I think you’ll be surprised at what you learn from eachother.
